H.R. 8428 of the 119th Congress, introduced on April 22, 2026, aims to amend title 5 of the United States Code by establishing a compulsory antifraud and improper payment training program for Federal program administrators. The bill also proposes making this training accessible to State and local entities managing Federally funded programs, among other purposes.

This new act is a joke! It's supposed to prevent fraud, but all it's doing is wasting taxpayer money on useless training programs. Why should I have to pay for this crap when I've never been involved in any fraud? It's just another way for the government to control us and line their own pockets. I don't see how this is going to help anyone in the short term, except maybe the politicians who pushed for it.
