A bill to require the Secretary of Veterans Affairs to carry out a pilot program to provide market-based rate adjustments to certain providers for furnishing qualifying specialized surgical services to veterans under the Veterans Community Care Program, and for other purposes.

I can't believe this bill is even a thing. It's just another way for them to waste our tax dollars on something that won't even benefit us. Why should we be paying for specialized surgical services for veterans when there are so many other important issues that need funding? This is ridiculous. #notcool
