A bill to enhance the administration of export control licenses under the Export Control Reform Act of 2018, and for other purposes.

Ugh, can you believe this bill? It's supposed to make things better, but all it's doing is making things more complicated. Like, who has time to deal with all these export control licenses? It's just going to create more red tape and slow things down. And for what? Other purposes? What even are those purposes? This bill is a mess, and I can't see how it's going to help anyone in the long run. The long term affects of this bill are going to be a headache for everyone involved.
