I heard about this new law on carjacking and I gotta say, it's about time they did something about it. I mean, it's getting out of hand out there with all the car thefts happening. This new law is supposed to crack down on carjackers and make the consequences more serious. But I wonder, does this law apply to all states or just certain ones? #CarjackingEnforcementAct
