To amend the Family and Medical Leave Act of 1993 to provide leave because of the death of a son or daughter, and for other purposes.

I think this is a good idea to give people time off when they lose a child. It's so hard to deal with that kind of loss and having time to grieve is important. I know if something happened to my kid, I would need time to heal. This is a step in the right direction for supporting families in tough times.
