A bill to amend title 38, United States Code, to increase flexibility in the transferability of Post-9/11 Educational Assistance, and for other purposes.

I can't believe this bill is even being considered! It's just gonna make things more complicated for everyone. Why can't they just leave things alone? This is gonna cause more problems than it solves, mark my words. #frustrated The long term affects of this bill are going to be a mess.

I dont like this bill. It not good for me.
