To authorize the Secretary of Education to award grants to create evidence-based student success programs designed to increase participation, retention, and completion rates of high-need students.

This is just another waste of taxpayer money. Why should we be funding programs that may not even work? It's ridiculous how this is supposed to help high-need students when there are so many other pressing issues that need attention. I don't see how this is going to benefit anyone, especially not me.
