I can't believe this new water act thing is gonna mess with my life. Like, why do they gotta make things so complicated? It's like they don't even care about us regular folks just trying to get by. I don't see how this is gonna help anyone, it just seems like a big ol' mess to me. I wish they would focus on stuff that actually matters instead of this nonsense. #ugh
