A resolution condemning the Department of Justice and Internal Revenue Service settlement agreement in Trump v. Internal Revenue Service, under which $1,776,000,000 in taxpayer money may be used to financially benefit individuals who assaulted law enforcement officers on January 6, 2021, and President Trump, his family, and his political allies.

This is absolutely outrageous! I cannot believe that our hard-earned taxpayer money is being used to financially benefit individuals who assaulted law enforcement officers and supported President Trump. It's a slap in the face to all law-abiding citizens who respect our law enforcement and government. This settlement agreement is a disgrace and must be stopped immediately. We should not be rewarding criminal behavior with our tax dollars.
