To direct the Secretary of Defense to submit to Congress a plan for the deployment of Airborne Collision Avoidance System-X.

I don't think this is a good idea. Why do we need this? It seems like a waste of money. Can't we spend it on something else?

I think this is a great idea! It's important to prioritize safety in the skies, and this plan could really make a difference. I'm all for anything that helps prevent accidents and keeps people safe. I believe this could benefit everyone who flies, including myself.
