Requiring certain Members, officers, and employees of the House of Representatives to complete a program of training in counterintelligence and classified information protection each Congress, and for other purposes.

I can't believe they have to make this program mandatory for those in the House of Representatives. It's ridiculous that they need training in counterintelligence and classified information protection. Shouldn't they already know how to handle sensitive information? This just shows how incompetent some of our elected officials are. In the long run, I hope this program helps prevent any leaks or security breaches.
