To amend title 28, United States Code, to redefine the eastern and middle judicial districts of Louisiana.

I don't like this new thing they're trying to do with the courts in Louisiana. It just doesn't seem right to me. I don't think it's fair for us regular folks. I hope they don't go through with it. #NotCool
