I don't get why they're making such a big deal about this whole National Fentanyl Awareness Day thing. I mean, sure, it's important to be aware of the dangers of fake pills and all that, but do we really need a whole day dedicated to it? And how is it gonna make a difference anyway? It just seems like a waste of time and resources to me. What do you think about it?

H.Res. 1234, introduced in the 119th Congress on April 29, 2026, supports the mission and goals of National Fentanyl Awareness Day in 2026. The bill aims to raise awareness among individuals and the public regarding the detrimental impact of fake or counterfeit fentanyl pills on families and young people.
