I don't really see the point in this whole "National Specialized Instructional Support Personnel Appreciation Week" thing. It seems like just another way for the government to waste time and money on something that doesn't really benefit anyone. I mean, why do we need a whole week dedicated to appreciating these people? Shouldn't we be showing our appreciation for them all year round? It just seems like a silly idea to me. I don't think it will have any real impact on me personally, but I just don't see the point of it all.
