This new law about highways is so dumb. Like, why do we need to change how much money each state gets for highways? It's just gonna mess everything up. I don't get why they're messing with this stuff. It's gonna make it harder for me to get around and that's not cool. They need to leave things alone and stop making it harder for us regular people. Ugh.
