I just heard about the proposal to change the address of the postal facility honoring Specialist Jeffrey L. White, Jr. and I have to say, I am not in favor of this idea. Specialist White made the ultimate sacrifice for our country, and it is important that we honor his memory and service in a meaningful way. Changing the address of the postal facility designated in his honor just doesn't sit right with me.
It's important to remember and honor our fallen heroes, and this postal facility is a small but significant way to do that. I believe that we should keep the address as it is and continue to pay tribute to Specialist White's bravery and dedication to our country.
