I think it's gr8 that Senators can't use funds 4 travel during shutdowns. It's imp 4 them 2 stay in DC & work on a solution. This will help prevent them from leaving & not getting anything done. It's a step in the right direction. Long term, this will hopefully lead 2 more efficient gov't operations.
