I can't believe this mess they're trying to push through. It's just ridiculous. Why do they always have to mess with things that don't need fixing? It's so frustrating. I don't know what they're thinking, but it's definitely not good for us regular folks. Just leave it alone already!
Referred to the Committee on Appropriations, and in addition to the Committee on the Budget, for a period to be subsequently determined by the Speaker, in each case for consideration of such provisions as fall within the jurisdiction of the committee concerned.
