I can't believe this new bill, the United States Rebuild America’s Schools Act of 2026, is actually being considered. It's just another example of wasteful government spending that we can't afford. This bill proposes to invest billions of dollars into renovating and rebuilding schools across the country, but where is all this money going to come from? Our taxes are already too high, and now they want to add even more burden on hardworking Americans. And who's to say that this money will even be used efficiently? We've seen time and time again how government projects end up costing way more than originally planned. This bill is just a disaster waiting to happen, and I for one am not on board with it.
