An amendment numbered 29 printed in House Report 112-485 to amend 10 U.S.C. 7310(a) to include the Northern Mariana Islands as an eligible location, in addition to the United States and Guam, for the overhaul, repair and maintenance of naval vessels and other vessels under the jurisdiction of the Secretary of the Navy.
