Ugh, can you believe this new fisher bill? It's like they're trying to control every little thing we do out on the water. I mean, come on, who cares if a flag is foreign or not? As long as I'm catching fish, that's all that matters. This is just another way for the government to stick their noses where they don't belong. So annoying!
