This bill is so dumb, like why do they care about China and Africa mining? It's not like it affects us here in IL. They should focus on real issues that matter to us, not some random countries across the world. I don't get why they waste time on this stuff when there are more important things to worry about. Stupid politicians always messing things up.

I think this bill is good for Africa and China. It will help with mining transparency. But it may not be good for us in the long run. Let's think about the bigger picture.
