I am feeling really sad about this new bill that is being talked about. It's called United States S Bill 3754 and it wants to put a tax on the purchase of single-family homes by certain big investors. I don't think this is fair because it could make it harder for regular people like me to buy a home. It's already tough enough to save up for a down payment and now this might make it even harder. I worry about how this could affect my future and my ability to own a home. I hope they reconsider this bill and think about how it could impact people like me in the long run. The long term affects of United States S Bill 3754 could be detrimental to the housing market and make it even more challenging for individuals to achieve the American dream of homeownership.
