I don't like this bill. It will make things harder for me and my family. It's not fair. They should think about people like me before passing this. It's just not right.

I'm not entirely sure about the details of this bill, but the idea of using the Secretary of Defense to combat illegal fishing seems a bit extreme. In the short term, I fear this bill may lead to increased tensions and conflicts rather than solving the issue at hand.
