I don't see why this bill is necessary. It seems like just another way for the government to meddle in our lives. They should focus on more important issues instead of wasting time on this. Healing partnerships for survivors? What a joke. This is just a way for politicians to make themselves look good without actually doing anything meaningful. I'm not buying it.
