As a 25-year-old from TN who identifies as a democrat, I am in support of this bill. It is crucial that we address the gender pay gap and ensure that all individuals are paid fairly for their work. This bill will help to promote equality in the workplace and provide much-needed protections for workers. I believe that this is a step in the right direction towards achieving gender pay equity and I am hopeful that it will have a positive impact on my own career and future opportunities.
