As an independent from LA, I can't believe this bill is actually trying to classify locum tenens professionals and advanced care practitioners as independent contractors. This is just another way for big corporations to exploit workers and avoid providing fair wages and benefits. How is this bill going to protect workers' rights and ensure they are treated fairly in the workplace? #HRBill8272 #FairLaborStandardsAct #NationalLaborRelationsAct
