Summary of Bill HR 785
Bill 119 HR 785, also known as the "Geriatrics and Gerontology Advisory Committee Act," aims to amend title 38 of the United States Code to include a representative from the National Association of State Veterans Homes on the Geriatrics and Gerontology Advisory Committee of the Department of Veterans Affairs. This committee provides advice and recommendations to the Department of Veterans Affairs on matters relating to the care and treatment of elderly veterans.

Overall, Bill 119 HR 785 seeks to enhance the representation and expertise on the Geriatrics and Gerontology Advisory Committee, ultimately benefiting elderly veterans and improving the quality of care they receive from the Department of Veterans Affairs.

This bill ain't right. It gonna mess with my VA benefits. Why they gotta change things now? It's gonna affect us seniors who rely on the VA for our healthcare. I don't like it one bit.
