So let me get this straight, this bill is supposed to "safeguard taxpayer dollars in child care"? Yeah, because that's worked out so well in the past. Can't wait to see how this one plays out. #eye-roll. Overall, it's just another government attempt to regulate something that should be left to the individual states.
