I heard about this new bill that's supposed to change how we do daylight saving time, but I'm not really sure how I feel about it. It's called the United States HR Bill 7378 Daylight Act of 2026, and it seems like it's going to mess with my schedule. I mean, I'm used to the way things are now, so I'm not sure why they need to change it. Can someone explain to me how this bill is going to affect when the sun sets in the evening?
