This bill is just a waste of money. Why should we be spending more on aquaculture assistance when there are so many other important issues that need funding? It's ridiculous that they want to eliminate the prohibition on indirect costs - it's just going to lead to more government waste. I don't see how this is going to benefit anyone except for those who are already profiting off of aquaculture. It's a shame that our tax dollars are being wasted on something like this.
