This bill is so dumb, like why do we need a study on this? Waste of time and money. Just let people deal with the heat on their own, it's not that hard. This is just another example of the government sticking their nose where it doesn't belong. SMH.

I don't think this bill is a good idea. It's just a waste of money. They should be focusing on more important issues. I don't see how this is going to help anyone. It's just a bunch of nonsense. In the long run, this bill is not going to make a difference.
