I don't really care about this bill, but I guess it's supposed to help outdoor recreational outfitters and guides or something like that. Who does this bill even affect anyway?

I don't like this new bill about outdoor stuff. It's gonna mess things up for us regular folks who just wanna enjoy nature. Why can't they leave things alone?
