I can't believe this bill is even being considered! It's just another example of the government overstepping its boundaries and trying to control every aspect of our lives. Why should offshore polluters be punished more harshly than other polluters? It's not fair and it's not right. This bill is just going to hurt businesses and drive up costs for consumers. We need to focus on finding real solutions to environmental issues, not just punishing those who are trying to make a living. This bill is a disaster waiting to happen. The big picture here is that this bill is going to do more harm than good. It's going to hurt the economy, drive up costs for consumers, and do nothing to actually solve the problem of offshore pollution. We need to come up with better solutions that actually address the root causes of pollution, not just punish those who are trying to make a living.
