I believe that this bill is not the best solution for expanding broadband access in Appalachia. While I understand the importance of improving internet access in rural areas, I am concerned about the potential costs and government intervention that may come with it. As a resident of Indiana, I worry about how this bill could impact me personally, especially in terms of taxes and regulations. I believe that there are other, more efficient ways to address the issue of broadband access in Appalachia without resorting to government intervention.
