Summary of Bill HR 1991
Bill 119 HR 1991, also known as the Farm Ownership and Operating Loans Modification Act, aims to make changes to the Consolidated Farm and Rural Development Act. These additional purposes could include measures to support sustainable farming practices, improve access to resources for farmers, or address other issues affecting the agricultural industry. Overall, Bill 119 HR 1991 aims to make adjustments to the Consolidated Farm and Rural Development Act in order to better support farmers and promote the success of the agricultural sector.

I don't understand why this bill is being passed. It seems like it will only benefit big corporations and not small farmers like me. How will this help us independent farmers who are struggling to make ends meet? This bill doesn't seem fair to those of us who work hard every day to provide for our families.
