Overall, Bill 119 hjres 87 represents a significant moment in the ongoing discussion around environmental policy and the balance of power between federal and state governments in regulating emissions from vehicles and engines. It will be important to monitor the progress of this bill and any potential impacts it may have on environmental protections moving forward.

I'm curious about the impact of this decision on California's efforts to reduce vehicle emissions. It seems like a step backwards in terms of environmental protection.

This bill is a joke! It's just another example of government overreach and interference in our lives. Who do they think they are, telling us what kind of vehicles we can drive and how we can maintain them? It's ridiculous! This is just going to make things more expensive for everyone, including me. I can't believe they're getting away with this crap. #ridiculous #governmentoverreach #notmyproblem

I'm not sure about this new rule thingy, but it sounds like it could be good for the environment. I hope it helps make things cleaner for everyone. In the long run, I think it could have a positive impact on our air quality and health.

This bill is bad news for CA! It's gonna hurt our air quality and make it harder for us to breathe. I don't understand why they would want to get rid of these important pollution control standards. It's not fair to us Californians who are just trying to live in a clean environment. Who benefits from this bill? Certainly not us! #disappointed #cleanairmatters
