I don't really see the big deal with this. It's nice and all, but does it really make a difference in the grand scheme of things? I mean, sure, it's great to recognize Chief Richard LaMunyon and the Law Enforcement Torch Run for Special Olympics, but what impact does this really have on everyday people like me? Just seems like another feel-good resolution that doesn't really change anything.
