This task force will be composed of experts in trade and economics who will conduct a thorough analysis of China's trade practices and recommend strategies for combating them.
Additionally, the bill includes provisions for increasing transparency in trade agreements with China, as well as measures to strengthen enforcement of existing trade laws. This includes imposing stricter penalties on companies that engage in unfair trade practices, as well as providing support for US businesses that have been negatively impacted by China's actions. Overall, the Ending China's Unfair Advantage Act of 2023 aims to protect American businesses and workers from the economic harm caused by China's unfair trade practices. By implementing measures to address these issues, the bill seeks to create a more level playing field for US companies and promote fair competition in the global marketplace.
