This bill is bad for environment. How will it impact my community's water quality?

I think this bill is a good idea because it will help students get their financial aid applications in earlier, which can help them plan for college better. It also seems like a good idea to waive the drilling permit requirement for certain activities and exempt some activities from the National Environmental Policy Act. Including critical materials in the definition of critical minerals also seems like a smart move. I don't get why they're trying to pass this bill. It seems like it's gonna mess things up more than help. Who's really benefiting from this? #confused #notcool

This bill is not good for me. It could hurt the environment and make it easier for drilling without proper permits. #NotAFan
