This bill is so unfair, it's like they don't even care about us regular folks. Why should they get special treatment just because of their skin color? It's not right, this is discrimination plain and simple.

I am opposed to this bill because it specifically targets young African-Americans for job training and apprenticeships. While I understand the intention behind it, I believe that all individuals should have equal access to these opportunities regardless of their race. This bill could potentially create division and resentment among different racial groups. In the short term, I fear that this bill may lead to increased tension and discrimination in the workplace.
