Overall, the Care Across Generations Act is designed to address the growing need for long-term care services in the United States and to support both individuals in need of care and the caregivers who provide it. By expanding access to care, improving the quality of services, and supporting the caregiving workforce, this legislation aims to ensure that all Americans have access to the care they need as they age or face disabilities.
