Bill 118 HR 3714, also known as the Corporal Fernando Ruiz Baltazar Posthumous Citizenship Act of 2023, is a piece of legislation introduced in the US Congress. The bill aims to grant posthumous citizenship to Corporal Fernando Ruiz Baltazar, a member of the United States Marine Corps who was killed in action while serving in Afghanistan.

Corporal Fernando Ruiz Baltazar was a native of Mexico who immigrated to the United States as a child. He enlisted in the Marine Corps and served with honor and distinction, ultimately making the ultimate sacrifice for his country.
