This includes requirements for regular security audits and the use of paper ballots as a backup in case of electronic voting system failures. Overall, the Election Integrity Act of 2023 seeks to strengthen the integrity of the electoral process in the United States by implementing measures to prevent fraud, ensure transparency, and protect against cyber threats.
