Overall, the goal of Bill 118 hr 3034 is to ensure that children receive the financial support they need to thrive and succeed, regardless of their parents' relationship status. By strengthening enforcement measures and improving the accuracy of child support orders, this legislation aims to make a positive impact on the lives of children across the country.
