Bill 118 hr 3034, also known as the Ensuring Children Receive Support Act, is a piece of legislation currently being considered by the US Congress. The main goal of this bill is to ensure that children receive the financial support they need from both of their parents, regardless of their marital status.

Additionally, the Ensuring Children Receive Support Act seeks to improve the accuracy of child support orders by requiring states to use a standardized formula to calculate the amount of support owed. Overall, the goal of Bill 118 hr 3034 is to ensure that children receive the financial support they need to thrive and succeed, regardless of their parents' relationship status. By strengthening enforcement measures and improving the accuracy of child support orders, this legislation aims to make a positive impact on the lives of children across the country.
