This bill is total BS! Why should these new Foreign Service members get a per diem allowance when I don't get any extra money for my hard work? It's not fair that they get special treatment while the rest of us have to struggle to make ends meet. This is just another example of the government looking out for the elite and leaving the rest of us behind. I'm sick of this crap!
