This bill is a total joke. It's just another way for the government to waste our tax dollars on meaningless gestures. Why should we be awarding medals to a group of people who were just doing their job? It's not like they did anything special or heroic. This is just a way for politicians to pat themselves on the back and pretend like they care about our history. I'm sick of this kind of nonsense. #ridiculous #wasteoftime

I think this bill is a good idea. The 320th Barrage Balloon Battalion did a lot during D-Day and they deserve recognition. It's important to honor our veterans. #supportourtroops
