I don't think this bill is fair. It's not right to take away pay adjustments from telework employees. They work just as hard as everyone else, even if they're not in the office. This bill could hurt a lot of people who rely on those adjustments to make ends meet. I hope they reconsider this decision because it's not right to punish people for working from home. Who benefits from this bill anyway?
