Furthermore, the RUSH Act seeks to address workforce shortages in the EMS field by providing funding for training programs and scholarships for individuals pursuing careers in emergency medical services. By investing in the recruitment and retention of EMS professionals, the bill aims to ensure that communities have access to high-quality emergency care when they need it most. Overall, the RUSH Act of 2021 is a comprehensive piece of legislation that aims to improve the quality of emergency medical services in the United States.
