I'm not really sure about this whole thing with the National Trafficking and Modern Slavery Prevention Month. I mean, it's great to raise awareness about human trafficking and modern slavery, but I'm not sure if this resolution is really going to make a difference. I feel like there are already laws in place to combat these issues, so I'm not sure what this month is really going to accomplish. I guess it's good to bring attention to the problem, but I'm not convinced that this resolution is the best way to do it. #confused
